I began my career specializing in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, and Myofascial massages with a focus on helping clients recover from injury or surgery, relax, and move freely again. Over time, I expanded my training to include Manual Lymphatic Drainage MLD, Post-Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery MLD, and Craniosacral Therapy, bringing a more holistic, medically informed approach to clinical treatments.

My work is rooted in the belief that deeper healing doesn’t necessarily mean deeper pressure, and certainly not using force. It calls for utilizing smarter, more skillful and more focused state-of-the-art techniques. Using gentle, targeted methods, I support the body’s natural systems to reduce pain, restore balance, and promote long-term recovery.

From aiding cancer survivors with lymphatic drainage to helping post-surgical clients heal comfortably, my practice has evolved into an integration of science and intuition, addressing not just muscles, but the nervous, lymphatic, and fascial systems that connect the entire body.

Craniosacral therapy, my most recently acquired specialization, has been transformational for both my clients and me. By working with the body’s central nervous system through subtle touch, this therapy can relieve chronic pain, reduce the effects of trauma, and restore the body’s natural rhythm and equilibrium.

I tailor every session to meet the client where they are, helping the body do what it was organically designed to do—relax, heal, and flourish.
